1) Pour 100g egg white into a clear bowl.
2) Mixed well until the egg white light hardened.
3) Pour 1 tbsp Sunquick Orange.
4) Mixed it well again.
5) Add 1 tbsp corn flour.
6) Add 1 tbsp vinegar.
7) Mixed it well.
8) Add extra 1 tbsp of Sunquick Orange.
9) Add 1 tbsp vanilla essence.
10) Mixed well until hardened.
11) Bake for 130°C 80 minutes.
12) Garnishing with whipping cream and orange on top
