Light, floral, and delicately sweet, the Rose Lychee Jelly combines Sunquick Rose Lychee with juicy lychee fruit for a refreshing chilled treat that’s as pretty as it is delicious.

Rose Lychee

INGREDIENTS:
  • 100g Sunquick Rose Lychee
  • 500ml Water
  • 10g Jelly Powder
  • 50g Sugar
  • 5g Lychee Fruit
DIRECTION:
  1. Add water, jelly powder, and sugar into a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add Sunquick Rose Lychee and lychee fruit. Mix gently.
  4. Pour into moulds or serving cups and decorate w0ith lychee.
  5. Let it cool slightly.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled.
