1)Pour in 20ml sunquick rose lychee mix with 30ml water, set it aside
2)Put blue food coloring into sugar and mix
3)Rub a lemon slice around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into the blue sugar to coat it.
4)Fill the glass with ice
5)Pour in 30 ml full cream milk
6)Pour in sunquick rose lychee water into cup
7)Put lemon slice garnish and malaysia flag
