Blackcurrant

INGREDIENTS:
  • 35ml Sunquick Blackcurrant
  • 20ml Fruit Sugar
  • 250ml Four Seasons Spring Tea
  • 20g Dragon Fruit cube
  • 400ml Hot water (the temperature should be above 80℃)
DIRECTION:
  1. Prepare four seasons spring tea and keep aside for later use
  2. Add Sunquick Blackcurrant and fruit sugar in a glass
  3. Add four seasons spring tea in it and mix well
  4. Add hot water (80℃) in it as well and stir well (Add at least 1 butterfly pea in each glass before serving)
  5. Suggestion: The temperature should be around 65℃ for ideal taste
