INGREDIENTS:
  • 20ml Sunquick Lemon
  • 15ml Elderflower Syrup
  • 25ml Green Apple Syrup
  • 150ml Soda Water
  • 150gm Crushed Ice
  • Dried Apple Slice for garnish
DIRECTION:
  1. First, mix all ingredients in the shaker except for soda water, and shake well for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour the cocktail mix into chilled glass, top up with ice and soda water.
  3. Garnish and serve.
