A bold splash of mango and lemon meets the tangy punch of assam boi and the sparkle of ginger ale. Sweet, sour and fizzy with a kick, it’s a rush of tropical flavour in every icy sip.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Sunquick Mango
- 10ml Sunquick Lemon
- 2pcs Assam Boi
- 130ml Ginger Ale / Soda Water
- 150gm Ice
- Lemon Wheel and Mint Leave for garnish
DIRECTION:
- First, pour the Sunquick Mango and Sunquick Lemon into glass.
- Then put in the assam boi into glass.
- Next, top up ice and pour the ginger ale/ soda into glass.
- Garnish and serve.
